Oh, so do you really think a sleep is just for the sake of sleeping!!!
How old school that sounds like.
For me the story is little different. For me that’s a way of
living and learning. Ok so you might be thinking like what anyone can learn through
sleeping. But let me tell you, there is a hell lot of it.
I agree that practice makes a man perfect And I am
perfectionist when it comes to sleeping obviously enough I owe it to my regular practice.
Ok, so how many hours’ do I sleep in a day?
Any guesses!!
Ok, ok before you fumble through some humanly numbers let me
make it clear myself, my sleeping schedule doesn’t at all depends on days. Forget hours,
I rarely count days.
And if you think its easy, think again. Actually it isn’t.
You have to compromise with your stomach needs, ditch calls
of nature, ignore daily chaos and regular interruptions and then only can you
sleep so long.
And if any one over their thinks I am crazy or insane, so
kindly pardon I am not!!!
You see there are sleeping pills but no pills at all for
evading sleep. Because medically not sleeping is a disease but oversleeping isn’t
one. So Yes, I am perfectly healthy, blissful and rocking.
Through this blog I tend to take you on board to my hard
earned pearls of wisdom that many a times come through heavenly dreams. And yes,
that’s kind of nirvana that you can practically experience through the ways I
will share.
